Cameron:
"Time is such a funny thing
It twists and turns and carries me
Away from here and back again
But only a short time then
Some day I’ll fin’ly figure out
What make this place pump cloud….s
Or wander down a tree-topped lane
While pond’ring on the glist’ning rain
While falls and tumbles on and on
And gives fresh life to His great lawn
I want to be on some other path
But time never finds time to ask
Where I’d rather be
It simply says it is not free
Spend it wisely some may say
But I prefer to stay and play
To waste away the winter light
And banish all the cold and blight
Inside in this office space
Where all my thoughts cease
And race
I got some devilish flow yo I'm like drain-o"
Rachael:
"Your poems seems to capture it right
Looks like today time took a flight
Hopefully tomorrow will do the same
If not then that will be quite a shame.
With this catchy Irish jingle though
I wouldn’t mind working overtime—(or the extra dough) side note: is that how you spell the money kind?
I would work past five in a heartbeat
Only if I could put this jingle on repeat.
>pause<
Oh look, now we leave in less than a few
if only I could find something to do….
Wiki Wiki Wiki….."
Cameron:
"I reply that you should look
In Wikipedia not a nook
For the fabled animal
Named of all things the narwhal
It really is quite riveting
To read of a creature so obviously living
Yet thought by some to be extinct
And never coming in the color pink
Oh gosh that one was a joke!"
Rachael:
"Why would I do such a thing?
That sounds super lame, not to mention BORING.
We only have a few minutes more
So I'd rather day dream about walking out these doors."
Word to dem Bloggers.
Ps. I embarrassed Cameron twice today. The first was when Blake and I drove off in his car without him. His face? Priceless. The second was when I told him that if he chews his mint hard, it would spark. He sat there with his mouth wide open as I laughed hysterically. I was only joking Cameron ;)
