1. Stop texting. 
2. Stop Facebooking. Because let's face it, Facebook is what you resort back to when you're bored. 
3. Stop sitting in your room.  
4. Take a walk. Or go to the gym. 
5. If worse comes to worse, maybe all you need is a good solid nap. (I'm up for one...) 
6. Treat yourself to something special. Perhaps a bowl of ice cream? Or maybe what you really need is a nice cold water bottle. Cha-ching! 
7. And lastly, listen to this song. 
You can't go wrong with the Lizzie McGuire movie. 
So go watch it? Yes. That will solve all your problems.....
Well, unless your a boy. In that case, go call a girl.
